Multiple Search

We are pleased to announce a new search criteria in the Multiple Search tab for the Real Estate Professional web tool.

Once you are in Multiple Search, you now have the option to search by PID#'s using the button "Multiple PID Search" up to a maximum of 100 PID#'s.

The properties will then be conveniently displayed in the Search Results section under the tab "List View". At this point you can click on the address to download the Realtor Reports.

In order to ensure that the most accurate sales data is provided to our customers for the purposes of market analysis, BC Assessment reviews all sales that are entered into their system and subsequently passed along to users. For some properties, the information required to review the sale is not available for an extended period of time which results in the data being available in Landcor’s database a few months after conveyancing. For the purpose of market valuation, users are encouraged to check your "Sales Search" dates for the latest results.
